The Papagiannakis office in the town of Chios does two jobs — real estate and engineering, with Ioannis Papagiannakis holding, as the website itself states, the callings of mechanical engineer, energy inspector and property consultant. We designed the website to serve two different visitors: the one looking for a property and the one who needs an engineer, without either passing through the other's matters.
Two main sections, each with its own depth: Real Estate, with homes for sale and rent, a separate path for student rentals, commercial spaces and usable land; and Engineering Services, with a page for each of the six.
The property listing was designed to state all the essentials before the phone call: area, type, purpose, square metres and price declared up front, an extensive gallery of the space, and a search that filters by category, purpose and features — from Kampochoria to the Mastic Villages.
Honesty, Reliability, Integrity
The same listing system carries the office's full range: from commercial space to plot and maisonette, each with its gallery and its features. And for the properties it takes on for sale, the front page states the means of promotion: 3D presentation, Open House viewings, systematic promotion on social media.
The engineering service pages were written for the owner, with the legal context of each: when an energy performance certificate is mandatory, when an engineer's certificate is required — even for an undeveloped plot. And the administration was designed for autonomy: the properties are now listed by the owner himself, trained by us, while the website's maintenance remains in our hands.
